How SEN funding works

Early years settings, Schools and Colleges consider how best to use their resources to support the progress of children with SEN.

Schools apply termly for a new or to change a high needs funding banding and this is done separately to the EHC process – this funding is for all children with complex needs whether they have an EHC plan or not.
