In addition to supporting parents and carers, our service also provides information, advice and support to young people, and we want to find out the best ways we can reach young people directly.
With thanks to our Advisory group (and in particular the parent/carers and young people who helped us with this) we have created a survey. The survey for young people is available in Easy Read too, and we also have a separate survey for practitioners:
