The Mix offers a free, confidential support service. They have a helpline, live chat, telephone counselling service and crisis text line for anyone under 25 years old wanting support on a range of topics from mental health to money.

4YP– local charity organisation supporting young people 12-25 with social, emotional and physical health and wellbeing in Suffolk (drop-ins and counselling)

Kooth– online counselling and emotional wellbeing support service for young people aged 10 – 18yrs in the Waveney area and 11- 25yrs across the rest of Suffolk.   Kooth activity pack
